Church carries a 1% platform fee on Commerce sales. Complete and higher plans include platform transaction fees.

Community includes up to 100 active people, three staff accounts and self-service help. Assisted onboarding, data cleanup and custom migration are not included. Storage, messaging and automation allowances must be confirmed before those services are activated.

Paid plans keep unlimited people and users. File storage, email, SMS, AI, video delivery, document processing and high-volume automation are separate usage services. Included allowances, rates and spending limits will be disclosed and agreed before paid usage is activated. During private testing, these commercial usage controls are not yet available for general activation.

Complete includes one standard onboarding migration with up to two hours of remote assistance using our supported CSV templates. Network includes up to four hours shared across its included churches, coordinated through one network administrator. Data cleanup, custom source systems, historical document conversion and additional migration work require a separate quote approved before work begins.

Network covers up to five churches under one subscription, with one designated support contact and shared onboarding assistance. Any included usage allowances are pooled across the network, not multiplied by five. Independent church-by-church onboarding, dedicated support and custom service commitments are quoted separately.
